Senior Professional Services Engineer (PubSec)

Location: Remote, United States. United States citizenship is required, with an active Secret or TS/SCI clearance or another applicable clearance. Occasional travel to SCIF sites may be required. Desirable locations include DC Metro, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Colorado, and Utah.

Base salary: $138,080–$230,040 USD annually for United States residents.

What you will do

• Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements for public sector customers, completing projects on scope and schedule.
• Plan and execute hirify.global deployments from single-node Omnibus installations to highly available reference architectures using infrastructure as code and configuration as code.
• Lead migrations from source systems to hirify.global SaaS or self-managed hirify.global, including planning, execution, cutover, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide technical guidance across the hirify.global feature stack and help customers adopt practices suited to their goals, constraints, and environments.
• Manage multiple customer projects, coordinating with project and engagement managers while balancing delivery priorities and billable time.
• Mentor other Professional Services Engineers and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve blockers and improve hirify.global features and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Professional experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
• Active Secret or TS/SCI clearance, or another applicable clearance, is required.
• United States citizenship is required due to government security requirements.
• Ability to support public sector customers with TS/SCI clearance-related requirements for their environments and engagements.
• Ability to lead technical delivery end to end, including discovery, planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
