Experienced Data Scientist (Aerospace)

Location: Wichita, Kansas, United States; onsite. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. Employer will not sponsor employment visas.

Salary: $114,850–$176,050 annually.

What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze diverse structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop algorithms, dashboards, queries, and models for datasets.
• Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data using off-the-shelf software and new code.
• Apply statistical software, mathematics, statistical methods, operational mathematics, and machine learning techniques.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret numerical data, preparing conclusions and predictions from data summaries.
• Collaborate with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4–7 years of related experience with a Master’s degree.
• Must be able to obtain CUI and OPSEC certifications.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance is required after starting.
• This is a union-represented position.
