Senior Analyst, FP&A (Mortgage)

Salary: $68,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Support recurring monthly and quarterly forecasts for PMT and PFSI.
• Provide data and analysis for quarterly financial reporting.
• Create automated reporting using the corporate ERM platform.
• Analyze monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow-related reports.
• Provide analytics on monthly accounting results to support the close process.
• Perform other related duties and demonstrate behaviors aligned with organizational values.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate accounting, finance, mortgage, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• BA or BS degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Accounting preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Oracle ERM, SQL, and VBA.
