AI & Automation Intern

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; on-site internship. Candidates must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with their university. Start date: February 2027; participation through June–July 2027.

What you will do

• Research and evaluate AI, automation, data, and technology solutions for business challenges.
• Drive selected initiatives from requirements and solution design through MVP, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Help identify repetitive manual work and develop automation solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, developers, data analysts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Translate business requirements into practical analytics and digitalization solutions that deliver measurable value.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, Maths, or a similar area.
• Currently enrolled at a university in Spain, with enrollment maintained until the end of the internship and eligibility to sign a university internship agreement.
• Available to start in February 2027 and continue until June–July 2027.
• Growth mindset, continuous learning and adaptability, analytical and critical thinking, creativity and problem solving, strategic and systems thinking, and emotional intelligence.
• Highly experienced in using ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, and Perplexity, with prompt design skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
