What you will do

• Complete a year-long training and mentorship program covering hirify.global’s core business model.
• Develop foundational knowledge of products, systems, processes, and customers through hands-on work in customer service, operations, analytics, and other business areas.
• Work on cross-functional projects to understand general business practices.
• Review and analyze business reports and data to support organizational growth and continuous operational improvement.
• Interact with executive leaders and build communication and analytical skills.
• Transition into a role aligned with individual interests and strengths after program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Ability to multitask and demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within team settings.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required.
