Salesforce Solution Architect (AI)

Location: 100% remote from anywhere in Spain.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture for client projects from discovery through go-live, identifying and mitigating limits, performance risks, and technical debt.
• Design scalable data, sharing, and security models, including solutions for large data volumes.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and ERP, marketing, data, and legacy systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Choose between declarative and programmatic solutions and document decisions through solution designs, architecture diagrams, and ADRs.
• Define sandbox strategy, CI/CD, DevOps, and release processes; review designs and code, establish standards, mentor developers and consultants, and contribute hands-on development when needed.
• Design Salesforce AI capabilities using Agentforce, Data Cloud, or external LLMs; support pre-sales proposals, client presentations, and reusable architecture standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as an architect or technical lead on client projects, leading technical teams and owning end-to-end design decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Flow, including the ability to review and challenge development work.
• Experience with at least two of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or an Industry Cloud.
• Proven experience designing integrations and selecting appropriate integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, sharing and security models, and governor limits.
• Proven experience designing or delivering AI solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud or external LLMs such as Claude.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification plus at least three additional active Salesforce certifications.
• Excellent oral and written English and Spanish, with the ability to present to client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Data Cloud and Agentforce architecture experience.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Salesforce Well-Architected, or the C4 model.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• MuleSoft experience or certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds such as Health Cloud or Financial Services Cloud, or CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
• Pre-sales experience involving estimations, proposals, and client presentations.
• Healthcare industry experience.
