Salesforce Architect

What you will do

• Own end-to-end application architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Define scalable data models, security, governance, and application architecture standards.
• Design enterprise integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and external platforms.
• Lead Salesforce Data Cloud adoption, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and activation.
• Create architecture roadmaps, solution designs, technical documentation, and proof-of-concept initiatives; lead architecture reviews and technical workshops.
• Mentor engineering teams, promote best practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative solutions, and evaluate new Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Retail Cloud, or commercial experience in the consumer goods or retail industry.
• Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, security, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience designing integrations with SAP and other enterprise platforms.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Professional English.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Consumer Goods Cloud experience.
• MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platform experience.
• Experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
