Project Controls Planner, Project & Development Services (Construction)

Location: Remote, based in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA

Salary: $106,250.00–$125,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, status, and forecast project schedules.
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data.
• Assist with accruals and reporting cycles.
• Identify variances and support risk and trend analysis.
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs.
• Maintain organized project controls documentation and support defined project controls deliverables for clients and senior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Three or more years of related experience working as a schedule management subject-matter expert on capital projects, including design, construction, and testing phases.
• Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries is required: construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
