Technical Architect & Development Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Architect enterprise applications, identify weaknesses, and define modernization and refactoring roadmaps.
• Lead software development practices, engineering standards, documentation, code quality, performance metrics, and delivery efficiency.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Provide technical guidance for system integrations, legacy modernization, data platforms, and customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and IT leadership to align technical priorities with business objectives.
• Explore AI tools for development productivity and contribute to business-focused AI initiatives while ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including deep expertise in C#/.NET in Agile environments.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role, with success leading project delivery and supporting teams without relying on a dedicated project manager.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, development best practices, SDLC processes, documentation, and testing.
• Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable Azure-based applications using Azure Functions and serverless architectures.
• Strong expertise in Azure SQL Server, including designing and optimizing performant database structures.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and object-oriented design.
• Strategic thinking, business-to-technical translation, independent discovery management, problem-solving, and the ability to remove blockers in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for demos, technical explanations, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, and drive.
