What you will do

• Build and deploy AI agents as Python microservices on the Agent Studio platform.
• Design multi-agent pipelines for OCR, clinical abstraction, terminology mapping, and FHIR generation.
• Integrate GPT-4o, GPT-5, Azure OpenAI, vector databases, RAG, and embedding models for clinical text extraction, summarization, semantic search, and decision support.
• Build healthcare integrations using Azure FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, RxNorm, and LOINC.
• Develop dashboard features for agent management, monitoring, and deployment.
• Write tested, production-ready code with error handling and observability, and collaborate with clinical teams to translate medical workflows into agent pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong Python skills, including async/await, Pydantic, and FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering, function calling, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuning.
• REST API design and implementation, SQL proficiency with PostgreSQL preferred, and Git workflows including branching, pull requests, and code review.
• Comfort with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Healthcare data experience, including FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, or medical records.
• Azure services such as Container Apps, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, or Blob Storage.
• Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or Weaviate, and embedding models.
• OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing experience.
• TypeScript/React, Next.js, and frontend dashboard contributions.
• Event-driven architectures, message queues, pub/sub, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, oncology workflows, or the biotech domain.
• CRM integrations such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
