TL;DR
Automation & AI Developer (AI/Automation): Designing and building scalable AI-powered automation systems that improve business operations with an accent on workflow analysis, end-to-end automation, and integrations with AI tools. Focus on designing reliable architectures, managing WordPress and cloud infrastructure, and creating documentation that enables non-technical users to operate systems independently.
Location: Remote from Bogotá, Colombia; required overlap with US Pacific Time

Client-facing automation and AI solutions are developed to improve business operations.
What you will do
- Analyze business operations, identify automation opportunities, define hypotheses, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design scalable AI and automation architectures and build end-to-end workflows with Zapier, Make, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Test, deploy, optimize, and monitor automation systems, integrations, and reusable templates.
- Manage WordPress environments, hosting, domains, virtual servers, and basic server administration.
- Write step-by-step documentation, maintain the internal knowledge base, and train non-technical users.
- Support continuous improvement by proactively resolving system issues and improving reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Background in software development or systems architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier and/or Make, AI tools, LLM capabilities and limitations, GitHub, cloud infrastructure, and virtual servers.
- WordPress development or administration experience.
- Strong written English and documentation skills.
- Ability to work remotely from Bogotá, Colombia with overlap during US Pacific Time.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or Acuity.
- Client-facing, consulting, systems-assessment, or automation-recommendation experience.
