FP&A Intern (Hospitality)

Location: NL-Hub, Netherlands. Internship from February until June/July 2027.

What you will do

• Compare actual business performance with budgets and explain key variances.
• Build performance reports and presentations for senior management and General Managers.
• Analyze hotel performance, identify trends, and understand the drivers behind results.
• Track hospitality KPIs and support weekly and monthly commercial reporting.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Improve reporting projects and validate data with Finance and colleagues across the business.

Requirements

• Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial data.
• Analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding business performance drivers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate numbers.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to ask questions while learning.
• able to explain findings clearly and turn data into usable insights.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with an international team.
