Internship Controlling & Reporting

Location: Hilversum, Netherlands; hybrid work with up to 2 work-from-home days per week for 40-hour internships. Available for 5 months starting in February 2027.

Internship allowance: €450 per month gross. Travel allowance: up to €23 per day where applicable.

What you will do

• Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Gather and prepare information and documentation for the year-end audit.
• Assist the Controlling team with monthly reporting and financial-performance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, including actuals versus budget.
• Support improvements to financial processes, reporting, and data quality.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects.

Requirements

• Be a WO or HBO student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have good knowledge of Excel and an interest in working with financial data.
• Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
• Be hands-on and able to work toward deadlines.
• Be curious, eager to learn, and interested in understanding the business behind the numbers.
• Have good communication skills and be comfortable working in an international environment.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Remain enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
• Meet Dutch eligibility requirements: be an EU citizen, hold a Family/Partner visa, or be a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands whose internship is mandatory in the curriculum or whose university is willing to sign a Nuffic Agreement.

Hiring process
