Marketing and Communications Intern

Location: Headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands; onsite for 5–6 months starting February 2027.

What you will do

• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn content for TSH Talent Foundation and leadership.
• Support social media asset development, including participation in photoshoots and video shoots, and contribute to visual content using Canva or Adobe.
• Assist with Press Relations and Public Affairs tasks, including drafting written statements.
• Create content for Instagram and website channels while following the brand voice.
• Support content planning, storytelling, and interview-based content featuring the mission and people.
• Manage content updates, presentations, documents, performance monitoring, project organisation, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Master’s student, preferably in marketing, communication, media, design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in writing and content creation, with the ability to create engaging, audience-friendly content.
• Strong interest in social impact, education, and the mission of TSH Talent Foundation.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Graphic design experience or a design background.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe.
