Technical Program Manager – Agile (AI)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid work preference.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee technology-focused projects and programs covering application development, technology implementation, application upgrades, and technology solutions.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, mitigation plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and cadences, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stand-ups; serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach when required.
• Track velocity, throughput, capacity, team health, delivery risks, and project status using Jira and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, testing, and UAT activities across the SDLC with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, GRC, data analytics, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, and business teams to resolve blockers and deliver project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6 years of IT experience and 3 years of Program Management experience.
• Expert-level Project Management experience and experience with Program Management and projects.
• Experience with Cyber Security, Application Testing, Jira, Agile ceremonies and cadences, project reporting, delivery metrics, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating testing, QA, and UAT activities.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups and technical teams.

• Master's degree.

• TPM or Agile Project Management experience.
• Experience with Archer tooling.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working with AI.
