Senior Manager, PMO (P&C Insurance)

Location: Remote United States

Salary: $140,365–$175,456 USD annual base pay, plus bonus pay.

What you will do

• Own new insurance program concepts from requirements and project planning through cross-functional integration.
• Manage projects across business units and provide project tracking and business updates.
• Partner with IT, underwriters, and business stakeholders to define system and workflow requirements and propose efficient insurance-standard solutions.
• Design, document, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade configurable information systems while supporting data integrity, security, compliance, and performance.
• Evolve rate, quote, bind, and policy issuance systems for existing and prospective programs.
• Lead acquired-program transitions into the ISC platform and manage onshore and offshore support resources across endorsements, policy and invoice validation, audit files, premium finance and accounts payable, bordereau automation, inspections, and surplus lines filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial lines underwriting or operations.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems. MGA Systems experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Visio or Figma for workflow mapping.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to independently drive projects and tasks.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and handling multiple tasks.
• Expertise in information systems design, implementation, security, and troubleshooting within the insurance industry.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
