Head of Performance Marketing (Crypto)

Location: On-site in Cayman, Denver, Dubai, or New York. Includes 4 weeks of work from anywhere.

hirify.global is a crypto company building consumer applications for on-chain banking, including Stake, Liquid, and Cash products that provide DeFi yield and real-world card spending.

What you will do

• Own paid acquisition end to end, including channel mix, creative, targeting, bidding, and budget.
• Build and run SEO and AEO programs to increase recommendations by AI assistants.
• Source and manage UGC creators to produce advertising creative at scale.
• Set up tracking and reporting that connects spend to active users by channel and cohort.
• Rapidly stop underperforming initiatives and scale effective ones.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience running SEO, AEO, and paid advertising, rather than only managing practitioners.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to independently pull and analyze performance data.
• Drive, willingness to work hard, and readiness to go the extra mile.

Nice to have

• In-house fintech experience; agency experience is also acceptable.
• Experience running UGC programs.
