🚀 WE’RE HIRING: SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant | Insurance
Are you an experienced SAP FS-PM professional ready to take on a challenging international insurance transformation project? We’re looking for a senior techno-functional consultant who can combine strong functional expertise with hands-on SAP configuration and technical understanding.
📍 Location: Europe
💼 Contract: B2B | Initial 3 months, with the possibility of extension
🕘 Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 CET
🌍 Preference: Candidates based in Scandinavia
🚀 Start Date: ASAP
🔍 Your Responsibilities
Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Perform hands-on configuration in SAP FS-PM (Financial Services – Policy Management).
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams throughout implementation.
Guide technical teams on enhancements, custom development, interfaces, and data migration.
Support debugging, rules configuration, and other light development activities.
Ensure alignment across product configuration, policy lifecycle processes, and integrated systems.
Support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong hands-on experience with SAP FS-PM.
✅ Proven expertise in solution design and functional architecture.
✅ Solid SAP FS-PM configuration skills.
✅ Strong understanding of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or Property & Casualty (P&C).
✅ Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.
✅ English proficiency at C1 level.
✅ Experience working independently in senior, client-facing consulting roles.
Nice to have:
🔹 ABAP knowledge, including debugging, BADIs, user exits, and enhancements.
🔹 Experience with IDocs, APIs, middleware, and system integrations.
🔹 Familiarity with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem.
🔹 Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
