Test Analyst (ETL / RegTech)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Poland, with 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 800–1,000 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Create, review, and maintain SIT and end-to-end test cases based on business requirements.
• Identify requirements gaps, refine test scenarios with business stakeholders, and prepare and assign test data.
• Execute SIT, validate end-to-end business processes, and perform manual regression testing.
• Manage test execution, traceability, test results, and comprehensive test reports.
• Collaborate with business users, internal teams, and AxiomSL stakeholders during testing and validation.
• Report, track, retest, and close defects, and support UAT activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software testing.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ETL testing.
• Mandatory ISTQB certification.
• Experience working in Data Warehouse and/or Big Data environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases based on business requirements.
• Experience with defect management and UAT support.
• Daily working exposure to English in an international environment.
