Manual QA Engineer

What you will do

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Identify, isolate, log, and track software defects through resolution, collaborating with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
• Perform regression, functional, smoke, exploratory, end-to-end, and UI/UX testing across web or mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer is required; 6+ years of experience in manual QA or a dedicated software testing role is specified.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies, test case design, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Experience performing exploratory, end-to-end, and UI/UX testing across web or mobile platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify system edge cases.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for documenting clear, reproducible bug reports.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach and initiative.
