Customer Success Management (CSM) CFO Co-Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at Frankfurt Weserst 54/Mainz Landst 11-17, Germany.

What you will do

• Support the prioritization and definition of complex CFO use cases by translating business needs, regulatory requirements and operational opportunities into AI product requirements.
• Co-manage the CFO AI portfolio across Finance, Tax & Treasury, Procurement, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Sustainability and related areas.
• Translate prioritized use cases into engineering demand, support prototype feasibility and act as a sparring partner during scalability.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models and decision-making processes for AI-enabled products, balancing innovation, speed-to-market, business impact, compliance and risk.
• Lead cross-functional delivery, resolve dependencies, manage trade-offs and align senior stakeholders across business, technology and control functions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, value realization, innovation and continuous improvement across CFO and beyond.

Requirements

• Significant experience in AI Product Management, Digital Transformation, Product Strategy, Technology Delivery or related leadership roles within Asset Management, Financial Services or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience identifying business opportunities and translating complex challenges into scalable AI-enabled products, workflows and operating models in sensitive and regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation, AI platforms and practical enterprise AI adoption.
• Expertise in product management disciplines, modern delivery methodologies and software development practices.
• Experience owning products or strategic initiatives through discovery, business case development, implementation, adoption and value realization.
• Experience with CFO capabilities including Finance, Treasury, Planning & Performance Management, regulatory frameworks and reporting, sustainability disclosure and cost management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to influence business, technology, risk and control stakeholders and engage in executive and governance forums.
• Experience working across business, technology, data, governance and operations, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance and control frameworks in regulated environments.
• Ability to define success metrics, value realization frameworks and data-driven decision-making approaches for emerging AI and digital initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including structuring ambiguity and driving strategic decisions with limited information.
• Experience driving organizational change, user adoption and capability building for digital products, data products and AI-enabled solutions.
