Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland; other listed locations include Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw.

What you will do

• Analyze complex HR business requirements and convert them into clear SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Manage SuccessFactors integrations, including Employee Central and Learning Management System configurations.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve technical issues through incident analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Manage frequent SAP SuccessFactors releases and updates while staying current with platform innovations.
• Ensure data consistency across hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Drive HR process optimization and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting, configuration, and support experience with both functional and technical exposure.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Learning Management System, including configuration and administration.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting and support experience, including knowledge of core HR processes and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Experience with integrations and interfaces, including APIs, SAP connectivity, and third-party HR systems.
• Technical troubleshooting skills, including SAP BC, batch jobs, IDOCs, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution.
• German language proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning approach focused on SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and best practices.
