Senior IAM Engineer (Okta)

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; 4 days onsite

Salary: £60,000–£90,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Okta Workflows.
• Automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Implement Okta Identity Governance.
• Build and troubleshoot Okta group rules and security policies.
• Manage SSO, application integrations, and lifecycle provisioning.
• Work across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Okta engineering experience, including 3+ years of Okta Administration experience.
• Proven experience developing Okta Workflows in production.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and PowerShell, including 3+ years of Active Directory experience.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems rather than only administer existing systems.
