What you will do

• Lead the reliability, availability, and operational performance of Identity Governance and Administration services, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, and role management.
• Lead teams responsible for supporting and continuously improving IAM and IGA services to meet current and future business demand.
• Identify and eliminate operational toil through automation across identity lifecycle, access governance, and provisioning processes.
• Develop performance measures and reliability targets, using service data and telemetry to drive continual improvement.
• Evaluate and implement IGA platform improvements while balancing reliability, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Optimize observability, capacity, resilience, operational processes, testing, validation, and recovery strategies for IAM and IGA services.

Requirements

• Experience leading the operational reliability and performance of IAM and IGA services.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role management, and access governance controls.
• Experience leading teams responsible for IAM and IGA service support and continuous improvement.
• Ability to use observability, monitoring, operational analytics, service data, and telemetry to identify risks and drive remediation.
• Experience establishing testing, validation, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for IAM and IGA services and integrations.
• Ability to contribute to IAM and security control frameworks supporting compliance, audit, and security requirements.
