Tool Center Wave Planner – Tool Cabin

Location: Veldhoven, the Netherlands; daily on-site presence required in the Tool Center cleanroom. Two-shift schedule: 06:30–15:30 or 15:00–00:00, with one weekend shift every four weeks.

What you will do

• Monitor workload, demand, delivery performance, tool movement, and operational progress across the Tool Center.
• Prioritize and release work according to operational needs, capacity, and business priorities.
• Coordinate workload balancing across shifts and work areas to maintain stable operations.
• Manage planning exceptions, urgent requests, changing priorities, deviations, and operational risks.
• Analyze bottlenecks and recommend improvements to planning performance and execution.
• Support standardized planning processes, work instructions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain management, operations management, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing support, production control, or operational planning environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
• Experience using data analysis and operational performance reporting to support decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience identifying process improvements and solving operational challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic operational environment and manage multiple priorities with a structured, disciplined approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across operators, planners, coordinators, stakeholders, teams, and shifts.
• Ability to take ownership, drive activities to completion, and continuously identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a high-tech operational or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
