KYC/AML Risk Specialist (Payments)

What you will do

• Conduct KYC and risk assessments covering AML, KYC, credit, and merchant risk.
• Perform lookups in sanctions lists and card scheme databases.
• Onboard new and existing merchants, verify documentation, and request additional information when needed.
• Communicate documentation and information requests to sales.
• Participate in team training and contribute ideas for team and personal development.
• Collaborate with and support colleagues.

Requirements

• English and Polish language skills are required.
• Previous knowledge of KYC, AML compliance, or merchant risk assessment.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and logical thinking.
• Ability to learn and work with various computer systems and programs.
• Experience working in an international environment.
