BPS Business Risk Associate II (German, US Market)

Location: Poznań, Poland. Hybrid work is available, with full remote work possible for employees living 50 km or more from Poznań. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00 pm–10:30 pm CET, including a 30-minute break.

Salary: 90,000–95,000 PLN gross annually.

What you will do

• Respond to customer and consultant inquiries by telephone and in writing, including complex cases.
• Investigate customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
• Verify customer KYC documentation and complete post-verification follow-up when needed.
• Maintain quality standards and support control activities related to the KYC process.
• Escalate difficult issues, manage complaints, and participate in process-improvement projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of work experience in finance.
• Experience in spoken and written customer service.
• Fluent German at C1 level or higher and good written and spoken English communication skills.
• High accuracy, quality orientation, customer focus, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines and maintaining resilience.
