Team Lead Agile Product Owner (Payments)

🚀 TEAM LEAD AGILE PRODUCT OWNER

We're looking for an experienced APO / Team Lead to lead the delivery of a task-force supporting Payments Services Regulation (PSR) obligations and other Payments Baltic VDE (Value Delivery Engine) initiatives. You will be the main interface between the task-force and VDE management, combining Scrum Master and delivery management responsibilities.

🗣 English: fluent
🧭 Experience: 7–10 years in the role

What we're looking for:

— Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
— Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery management skills
— Experience coordinating analysts, developers, QA specialists and architects
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and complex initiatives
— Solid understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment practices
— Proven experience in banking, payments, financial services or other regulated environments
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
— Autonomy: someone who can lead others, mentor and solve abstract tasks

Your responsibilities:

🛠 Lead day-to-day execution and deliver objectives within scope, quality and timeline
🛠 Coordinate analysts, developers, QA specialists and the Tech Lead
🛠 Keep progress, risks, dependencies and impediments transparent
🛠 Facilitate Kanban/Scrum processes and ceremonies
🛠 Support backlog management, prioritization, estimation and release planning
🛠 Monitor team capacity, workload and delivery predictability
🛠 Act as the main contact for business and technology stakeholders
🛠 Coordinate with VDE, architecture, platform and other delivery teams
🛠 Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans
🛠 Oversee testing, deployment and implementation activities
🛠 Ensure quality standards, documentation and governance are met
🛠 Support onboarding and resource planning
