Junior Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

Location: Drniš, Croatia; onsite manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Support monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze production costs, material consumption, and manufacturing variances.
• Prepare operational reports for plant management and monitor KPIs.
• Investigate deviations and support inventory controlling and stock reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work with data and translate findings into business insights.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Good command of English, written and spoken, at level B2 minimum.
• Ability to work as a team player and independently in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a production environment.
• ERP experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
