What you will do

• Calculate salary components, including attendance, allowances, and bonuses, and oversee social insurance and housing fund declarations and payments.
• Standardize salary distribution processes to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations and payments.
• Build HR data dashboards and analyze organizational efficiency, compensation, performance, and human resource cost budgets.
• Review payroll and performance issues, resolve anomalies, collect employee feedback, and optimize process standards.
• Handle social insurance and housing fund base adjustments, disability insurance calculations and reporting, financial reconciliation, and SOX audit support.
• Monitor compensation and benefits policy changes, assess their impact, and adjust payroll strategies to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Experience calculating and distributing salaries, including attendance, allowances, bonuses, social insurance, and housing fund payments.
• Experience with payroll data management, HR dashboards, compensation and performance analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to identify and resolve payroll and compensation anomalies and improve operational processes.
• Experience supporting financial reconciliation, SOX audits, and HR projects.
• Knowledge of social insurance, housing fund, compensation, and benefits policies and related compliance requirements.
