Senior Programme Manager / Programme Lead (AML Transformation)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week from the office in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź, Poland.

Salary: 1,000–1,300 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Align business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams across multiple business areas and legal entities.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans and oversee implementation activities.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations, while managing stakeholder communication.
• Support organisational change management and mentor Project Managers and delivery leads.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Programme or Project Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and programme governance experience.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, AML, KYC, or risk-related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMLA-related initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Experience working in complex international organisations.
