Solution Architect - Fleet Performance and Knowledge Management (AI)

hirify.global Commercial Aircraft's Digital - Customer Services department is reshaping information systems for airline customers, including the New Case Management portfolio and Resolve Fleet Issues process.

What you will do

• Act as the technical owner of the product infrastructure and define architecture rules in collaboration with Product Architects, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.
• Design and document technical solutions through architecture dossiers that translate business needs into functional deliverables.
• Launch Proofs of Concept to explore and validate AI, NLP, and LLM technologies before industrialization.
• Lead technical design across SaaS, COTS integrations, and custom cloud applications.
• Enforce scalable and secure architecture standards across API and event-driven strategies and enterprise architecture drivers.
• Participate in research, design, development, testing, and support throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience with a proven track record in digital architecture definition.
• Experience with SAP, AWS, and the listed technology landscape including GCP, Scaleway, Skywise, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, REST APIs, A2A, MCP, and Kafka streaming.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Graph Databases, and Vector Databases.
• Ability to discuss APIs with developers and business value and ROI with stakeholders.
• Advanced French and negotiation-level English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of airline customer activities such as MROs and Lessors.
