Real Estate Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid, US - San Francisco, CA; at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Estimated hourly rate: $35.00–$39.00 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Support the Americas Real Estate and Facilities Management team on real business priorities.
• Contribute to real estate strategy, leasing, design and construction, facilities, infrastructure, space planning, and financial management initiatives.
• Use financial analysis, market data, portfolio data, and input from business leaders and employees to support workplace decisions.
• Help analyze office locations, space, capital investments, and workplace operations.
• Work alongside senior team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to organize information, identify trends, and draw clear conclusions.
• Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including summarizing findings and presenting information to different audiences.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and cross-functional partners.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coursework or experience in real estate, finance, business, economics, data analytics, or a related field.
