Technical Lead

Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom; office or client-site attendance is required at least 2 days per week, with some assignments requiring up to 5 days per week on a client site.

What you will do

• Shape the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Steer technical teams through complex engineering challenges and support clients with digital transformation.
• Implement scalable, high-performance software solutions across varied client projects and technology stacks.
• Work according to agile practices with product, design, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven capability in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and operational phases.
• Ability to implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and efficient release management strategies.
• Experience improving system performance through load testing, caching, database query optimization, and application-logic optimization.
• Expertise in TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for creating long-term solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Hiring process
