Back End Engineer (Ruby)

What you will do

• Collaborate on application development and drive new feature development.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Use a Ruby on Rails and React stack hosted on AWS.
• Write well-structured, lightweight, editable code supported by testing.
• Follow product development processes and detailed interaction designs.
• Choose implementation solutions autonomously and discuss decisions during code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience developing with Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Good knowledge of React.
• Interest in building intuitive interfaces and scalable backends.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, innovative, driven, and enthusiastic approach.
