A2R Closing and Reporting Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Implement and maintain alignment with the A2R Core Model, including transitions to Kuala Lumpur and participation in presentations and workshops.
• Deliver statutory account reporting and consolidation packages within local regulatory and hirify.global Group deadlines.
• Monitor compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, SAGA, GDOPS, SOX controls, and the internal control framework.
• Support closing governance and CFO meetings with analysis and explanations of material changes, while identifying potential delays and closing risks.
• Collaborate with Country Finance, Finance Operations, tax, treasury, A2R Retained, P2P, OTC, and PS teams on closing activities, audits, and global projects.
• Identify process and technology improvements across ERP and other tools, including automation and RPA initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, A2R, or a shared service center.
• Experience in a multinational or regional corporate business environment, or a similar setting.
• Working experience with SAP, specifically FI/CO.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of accounting standards applicable to the main countries of the region and IFRS.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
• Attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing and service-oriented corporate position.
• Experience in a Finance shared services environment, either captive/in-house or in a BPO setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
