Company

hirify.global builds a clinical technology and ABA platform that supports autism care teams, behavioral therapy providers, schools, families, and clinicians with data collection, outcomes reporting, integrations, and audit readiness.

What you will do

  • Build the statistical methodology, benchmarks, and interpretation standards for measuring clinical impact across access, learner outcomes, and social validity.
  • Design and execute analyses of large-scale real-world clinical data, addressing confounding, missing data, clustered observations, repeated measures, and causal attribution.
  • Validate clinical and survey measures using psychometric methods and define the relationship between short-term progress indicators and longer-term outcomes.
  • Develop thresholds, flagging, stratification, and interpretation methods and provide statistical specifications for product-ready measurement capabilities.
  • Write statistical analysis plans and protocol sections, contribute to prospective studies, partnerships, IRB submissions, research agreements, publications, white papers, and conference presentations.
  • Set reproducible analysis and documentation standards while partnering with Research, Data & Engineering, Clinical Product Strategy, Product, Legal, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology, public health, quantitative psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience applying statistical methods to real-world or observational data, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or health services research.
  • Strong grounding in regression, multilevel and mixed-effects modeling, longitudinal analysis, risk adjustment, and causal-inference, prediction, or stratification methods for observational data, including thoughtful handling of missing data.
  • Experience with psychometric and survey measurement methods, including reliability, validity, and factor analysis.
  • Proficiency in R or Python and SQL, version control such as Git, and reproducible analytic workflows.
  • Experience writing statistical analysis plans, working with research ethics requirements such as IRB review, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications, posters, or conference presentations.
  • Ability to explain complex statistical findings, uncertainty, and limitations to clinical, executive, and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with clinicians, engineers, product, compliance colleagues, customers, and people represented in the data, while maintaining scientific independence and reporting mixed or inconclusive findings.

Nice to have

  • Experience with autism services or applied behavior analysis data, including single-case experimental designs.
  • Experience with value-based care or healthcare quality measurement.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment with autonomy, clear expectations, and an emphasis on balance.
  • Health, dental, and vision premiums covered for the employee-only standard plan, with family coverage available at variable cost.
  • Employer-sponsored short-term disability and life insurance; optional AD&D and long-term disability benefits.
  • 401(k) plan through Empower.
  • Professional development opportunities and room for growth.
  • Paid time off including 10 vacation days, 5 sick days, 7 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, and paid parental leave.
