Salary: $103,000.00–$171,600.00 annual (USD)

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of loan and deposit relationships with small business clients.
• Develop new banking relationships, service existing clients, and achieve assigned sales and revenue goals.
• Work with branch partners to sell and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Evaluate credit information and loan requests, recommend loan structures, and manage risk.
• Negotiate with underwriters and clients to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
• Network with accountants, attorneys, referral sources, and civic and cultural organizations to develop business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of personal computers and department software.
• Ability to read and analyze financial statements and tax returns.
• Strong credit skills to evaluate loan requests.
• Good understanding of Cash Management, Merchant Service, and Trade Services products for Business Banking customers.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities for business banking product sets.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to sell effectively to prospects and clients, retain existing clients, and work closely with internal contacts.
