Revit Architect (Technical Architecture)

Location: Remote within the Philippines, including Calabarzon, Metro Manila, and Davao Region; flexible hours with required overlap with the Western Australia timezone.

What you will do

• Develop detailed technical architectural documentation for commercial, modular, and mining projects.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed technical specifications in collaboration with design teams.
• Maintain advanced Revit models with strong modelling hygiene, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain the Revit library and Revit templates.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and steel detailers, including technical solution workshops.
• Uphold CAD and documentation standards across large project teams and multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an Architect, including designing and drafting.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, calm, meticulous, and methodical approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACC, including Autodesk Docs and BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Australian project experience, especially with AS1428.1, NCC Section J, and common Australian building products.
• Familiarity with modular buildings.
• Knowledge of light-gauge and mild steel construction and coordination with steel detailers.
