Engineering Project Manager (Equipment Procurement & CAPEX)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate equipment procurement for production expansion and operational requirements.
• Work with Industrial, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams to define equipment requirements, consolidate station BOMs, and review technical specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to identify and resolve technical gaps.
• Develop and monitor schedules for CAPEX approvals, purchase orders, equipment delivery, installation, and production readiness.
• Track milestones, risks, delays, corrective actions, costs, forecasts, and budget variances.
• Coordinate asset information, capitalization, readiness reviews, and equipment handover to Engineering and Production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project engineering, equipment procurement, manufacturing expansion, or CAPEX coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret equipment specifications and engineering requirements.
• Understanding of equipment procurement processes, installation activities, and production readiness requirements.
• Experience in budget tracking, cost analysis, and project reporting.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including cross-functional coordination and supplier collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
• Proactive approach, strong ownership, and attention to detail.

• Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
