Marketing Intern (Semiconductors)

Location: Kirkland, WA, United States; onsite

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of global trade shows and conferences, including event logistics and onsite coordination.
• Coordinate event registrations, attendee management, meeting room reservations, event timelines, and shipping logistics.
• Manage event materials, promotional inventory, global demo tracking, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Creative teams on event deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SharePoint or project management tools.
