Marketing Intern (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Murrieta, California, United States; onsite office role with exposure to an industrial manufacturing facility.

Salary: $22.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Support marketing for an assigned product line through market research, competitive analysis, and marketing initiatives.
• Assess customer needs, competitive positioning, growth opportunities, industry trends, and gaps in marketing materials and market coverage.
• Assist with product literature, presentations, sales tools, website updates, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, newsletters, announcements, and promotional content.
• Organize marketing assets, including photos, presentations, brochures, and technical documentation.
• Support trade show planning and execution, including preparation, promotional materials, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Provide project, administrative, business development, and special-project support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment within an industrial manufacturing facility.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times and remain seated at a desk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to talk, hear, adjust focus, lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as needed.
• Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally with an emphasis in marketing and general business management.
