Workforce Planning Analyst

Location: South Australia, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home.

What you will do

• Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to optimise labour budgets, workforce performance, and scheduling across a national retail network.
• Analyse workforce data, forecast labour demand, and provide reporting and insights for operational decisions and labour cost optimisation.
• Administer and optimise the Dayforce Workforce Management system, including rostering, time and attendance, payroll accuracy, and workforce compliance.
• Collaborate with scheduling, payroll, HR, finance, and retail stakeholders to identify improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce planning, labour scheduling, workforce analytics, or a similar operational planning role.
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and engage frontline leaders at all levels.
• Experience with Workforce Management platforms such as Dayforce or a similar system.
• Understanding of rostering, labour management, and payroll processes.
