Mid-Level QA Engineer (Test Automation)

What you will do

• Create, document, prioritize, manage, and track bugs and defects throughout their lifecycle.
• Define, design, validate, and execute manual and automated test scenarios for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Investigate issues using browser DevTools, Network and Console tools, analyze test results, and support debugging.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and mitigate quality risks and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide QA input on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Improve QA processes and integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in software quality assurance and familiarity with test automation tools and automated testing principles.
• Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman, including validating responses, status codes, and expected behavior.
• Experience testing applications across web and mobile platforms, using browser DevTools, Network, and Console tools.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, LambdaTest, New Relic, and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in Zephyr or a similar test management tool for organizing test cases, tracking execution, and reporting results.
• Basic understanding of application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic.
• Understanding of manual and automated testing, test design techniques, regression testing, and risk-based testing.
• Ability to document, prioritize, track, and communicate defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
