Product Manager - Enduser (Cybersecurity)

Location: Fully remote, United States; no time zone preference. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Starting base compensation in the United States: $150,000–$160,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for onboarding, item creation, search and filtering, organization, and in-app guidance across browser, web, desktop, and other clients.
• Improve autofill reliability and compatibility across websites, applications, and platforms.
• Define scalable ways for users to organize and find data, balancing simplicity for new users with power-user needs.
• Model and monitor the relationship between early product experience, activation, retention, upgrades, and enterprise rollout success.
• Turn customer feedback, usage analytics, research, and competitive benchmarking into prioritized product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Engineering, and communicate metrics and roadmap updates to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in user research and user experience design.
• Strong technical aptitude focused on technical users and use cases.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to hold technical discussions with Engineering and make architecture and technology trade-off decisions.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with decisions informed by company goals and user needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn from others.
• Interest in open source and improving internet security.
