What you will do

• Develop practical cybersecurity skills through the hirify.global Cyber Academy.
• Apply technical knowledge in an enterprise environment.
• Build awareness across first-line support, cyber SOC analysis, security platform administration, technical account management, service operations, and cyber project management.
• Support cyber risk work including assessments, investigations, incident response, forensics, breach notification, and identity theft remediation.

Requirements

• Be an inexperienced but driven cybersecurity enthusiast committed to professional development.
• Be proficient in Windows OS and understand Linux.
• Demonstrate proven technical know-how and the ability to apply education to live applications and enterprise environments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members in writing and verbally; listen and understand requirements.
• Learn quickly, maintain excellent attention to detail, and manage time effectively while adhering to SLAs.

Nice to have

• ITIL service desk experience.
• Cybersecurity certification or a security background.
• Solid networking knowledge and experience using it for troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data protection laws and policies.
• Excellent communication, interpretation, numerical, and analytical skills.
