What you will do

• Provide expert cybersecurity advice and indirect technical leadership to customers.
• Support customers from onboarding through the full lifecycle of the managed security service.
• Use Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and Microsoft Defender to provide tailored security recommendations.
• Help customers improve security posture, operational resilience, and risk management.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen defenses against emerging threats.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, attacker tradecraft, and security best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, including advisory services for clients or internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of business.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security products and technologies, including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite or related product lines.
• Deep understanding of attacker tradecraft and security hardening techniques.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Scripting or programming skills for automating security tasks and processes.
• Experience in incident response and threat hunting.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra.
• Network and system administration experience.
• Experience in the managed security services industry.
