Relationship Banker - FineMark (Banking)

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona, United States; onsite at 7600 East Doubletree Ranch Road, Suite 100. Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Build and develop new client relationships through outside calling, community involvement, and company events.
• Establish relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other community centers of influence to develop referral sources.
• Identify individual and business banking, lending, trust, and investment needs and coordinate appropriate services with bank professionals.
• Advise clients on deposit accounts, IRAs, CDs, sweep accounts, remote deposits, Internet banking, and other banking services.
• Monitor economic conditions, financial issues, and regulatory changes while providing relevant client information.
• Ensure transaction accuracy, resolve discrepancies, minimize risk, and comply with federal and state banking regulations, including dual-control procedures and preparation of CTRs and SARs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a relationship banker.
• Strong knowledge of relationship banking best practices.
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, agile team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient with an optimistic outlook aligned with the organization’s culture and Core Values.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Experience with FIS banking software.
