Senior Banking Advisor (Wealth Management)

Location: Ft. Myers, Florida, with other locations in Bonita Springs, Florida; onsite role

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families and expand banking engagement.
• Advise clients on complex banking, credit, lending, liquidity, and treasury needs.
• Design, negotiate, and execute customized lending and financing strategies from analysis through closing.
• Identify solutions supporting clients’ broader wealth management goals.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver coordinated client solutions and improve banking capabilities within the wealth platform.

Requirements

• Deep banking and credit expertise with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to apply lending and liquidity strategies to client needs.
• Strong relationship management, influencing, negotiation, and trust-building skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and practically.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• College or university degree required/preferred.
• Industry experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
