Workday Systems Analyst - Benefits & HCM

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; hybrid schedule with two days in the office per week. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Preference is given to candidates located in the St. Louis or Kansas City metropolitan area.

Salary: $105,000–$142,000 annually.

What you will do

• Consult with business units and customers to analyze user needs and recommend system solutions.
• Lead complex or multi-faceted projects supporting new functionality and enhancement updates.
• Plan, design, configure, test, and finalize end-stage Workday implementations.
• Design and develop Talent Management HR systems and evaluate existing functionality.
• Produce specifications and outline designs for new system features or functionality.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve issues and mentor other department members.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical knowledge of Workday Configuration Architect, Workday HCM, and related modules, including system architecture, business process framework, security, hierarchies, supervisory organization, customer organizations, and positions.
• Workday Benefits experience.
• 4+ years of related systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll methodologies and concepts.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail under minimal supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; adaptability, resilience, organization, initiative, and teamwork.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Configuration, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
